Landslides after days of heavy rain forced families in Raigad district out of their homes. We set up a relief camp at the village school to support them.
For three days, the camp served hot meals twice a day, and volunteer doctors treated fever, skin infections and injuries. Children were given dry clothes and school supplies.
Our volunteers also helped families register with the local administration so they could receive government compensation.
Highlights
- Hot meals for 3 days
- Free medical care and medicines
- Help registering for government compensation
