Getting a degree is one step; getting a job is another. Our job readiness workshop in Thane helped 90 young people prepare for interviews.
Professionals from different fields volunteered to run mock interviews and give honest feedback. Students also worked on their CVs and practised introducing themselves in English.
Many students said it was the first time anyone had told them what employers look for.
