Every village has phones that need fixing, but few have someone who can repair them. Our six-week mobile repair course in Jalgaon trained 25 young people to fill that gap.
Trainees learned to replace screens, batteries and charging ports, and to fix common software problems. Each graduate received a starter toolkit.
Several have set up repair counters in their villages, earning a steady income without having to move to the city.
