Seventy young people from across Pune district spent three days at our youth leadership camp, learning to speak up, work in teams and plan projects for their own villages.
The camp mixed outdoor team games with sessions on public speaking, problem solving and goal setting. On the last day, each team presented a small project to carry out back home.
Projects range from a village library to a cleanliness drive, and our mentors will support each team over the next six months.
